WORST HOTEL EVER AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ALL MAY HAVE SMILES ON YOUR FACES BUT YOU TRULY SUCK! GET YOUR POLICIES STRAIGHT AND GET ON THE SAME PAGE WITH YOUR OTHER STAFF! ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER........ ROOM WAS GREAT COMFORTABLE AND QUIET!! NOT RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL EVER!!!
Well it's been fun this evening. I had a brilliant holiday and a nice stay at the Sheraton Brooklyn NYC. But you couldn't make this up! Got back from work late, I think let me order a takeaway, can't be bothered to cook tonight, it Friday, my girls are hungry. Tried to order something, but transactions declined. I know I have some money in my account, as I checked before I left work. But I check my account again anyway. I check and my account is overdrawn by nearly £300, I had enough money to order and more. Why I am I overdrawn? The f***ing hotel have taken not one, but two extra payments, I settled my account before we left the hotel. Phoned the hotel they can't see these extra payments have been taken, which are for $250 and $255. We had room service for the two rooms, which was no where near the amount taken and they had already taken a deposit at the beginning of the stay and further payment during the stay, which had to be refunded. Now while we were out there, I read an article on Facebook, where a women was complaining that she didn't have any room service at the Sheraton Brooklyn, she was charged $187, after leaving. So, when we checked out, I double checked, that my bill was settled and that there would be no further charges. Obviously I was told no that's it settled in full. Good job I have no overdraft.... The Hotel tried to say it would take up to 30 days, if it has been taken incorrectly. If???? Really???? I don't think so!!!! Nothing will ruin the holiday we had. But REALLY!!!! Once the bill had been paid and the room checked the card details should have been deleted. The cleaners were in the within 5 minutes of us leaving, I had to return after 30 minutes. Any damage would have been reported by that time. What the hell is this hotel playing at???
