All of the forms to fill out online are ending up on error pages. I tried to submit this. I stayed for New Years Eve in Phoenix at the Sky Harbor. My son left a few items in the hotel room. I know it is not your fault but it is frustrating given what I was told. I called the morning after the checkout date. They told me they would call me back. The gentleman told me they found a hair flat iron in the room I had stayed in. It was just me and my 9 year old son. We didn't have a flat iron and there wasn't one when we got there. I told him it wasn't ours and he said he will talk to someone and let me know. I waited 2 day (until today, 4th) and called back since I didn't hear anything. I was then told that they found a flat iron in that room and pretty much gave up expecting to get anywhere with them. The toothbrush, toothpaste and hairbrush were on the bathroom counter and I remember seeing them but forgot to remind my son to doublecheck. The items were a sonicare toothbrush in the case, toothpaste, hair brush and a couple souvenirs my son bought (shirt and magnet). I really don't care about the most of the stuff and replaced the sonicare, toothpaste and hairbrush already. What bothers me is my son spent his money on souvenirs he picked out and those are gone. The store I bought them from doesn't have a website so I can't buy new ones for him. It may not sound like much but we are from eastern WA state with lots of snow. My mom had us come down for the new year. Everything was fantastic except I don't have those items for him. My mom is disabled and 45 minutes from there so can't get replacement souvenirs. I just wanted to let you know my frustration. I was willing to pay good money just to have those back.
Very , Very disappointed with the food at the 999 do last Saturday!!! We expected much more than a few Aunt Bessie’s roast potatoes and over cooked Yorkshire puddings!!! If a real chef cooked this meal, he should be very ashamed of himself !!! We will definitely avoid next year!!!!
