Chef One was founded in 1999, in a former brewery located in Bushwick Brooklyn. With the initial focus on the food service sector, our dumplings are proudly served in some of New York’s finest restaurants. Our goal is to let more Americans in on this amazing food by bringing them to the best grocers and markets. We produce 44,000 dumplings per hour in our Bushwick factory, using fresh ingredients with no artificial flavors, and make sure each one will taste and look great when it reaches your home. We believe there is a chef in everyone and picking up a bag of Chef One dumplings means a delicious meal is awaiting your creativity.
