Sam's Granola was started by Sam Henderson, with a little push from a friend and silent partner who supplies the style and grace of the operation. Sam worked in fine dining for roughly ten years in New York, Chicago, and Spain before switching gears to try her hand at snack food. The bulk of her time was spent at wd~50 with Wylie Dufresne in NYC, where she learned how to make food that was both curious and delicious.
Sam's Granola is produced out of Brooklyn Foodworks in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn, which is shared by several small businesses. Our hope is to give you something truly unique, and absolutely craveable. Looks good, tastes good, is granola. Happy snacking!
