Seasonal New American Pastas made from house-milled grains and local, sustainably raised ingredients


Chef Kevin Adey (ex-Northeast Kingdom) and his wife Debbie Adey (Jean Georges) offer a seasonal American menu, focusing on housemade pastas, sustainable seafood, organic dairy and vegetables, and Animal Welfare Approved meats at neighborhood friendly prices. All pastas are made from wheat flour sourced from an Upstate New York farm and milled in house. Bar program and cocktails by Justin Lane Briggs (Gin Palace) plus local craft beers, global sustainable wines. Faro breaks the Brooklyn design mold with a large, airy room with tall ceilings and extra-large tables for guests, along with furniture and fixtures built by area artists.
